'Tattletale ( tell-tale )'의 사전적 의미는 'Someone who gossips indiscreetly'로 '고자질쟁이'를 말합니다.

A: I wouldn't mention that to Gloria if I were you.

B: Why not ? She seems a very sympathetic person.

A: No doubt she is, but she's not the most discreet person in the world.

B: Aren't you being a bit unfair ?

A: No, not at all. I know from experience that she's a real tattletale.

B: Well if that's the case I'll take your advice.

A: 내가 너라면 그것을 Gloria에게 말하지 않을텐데.

B: 왜? 그녀가 인정 있는 사람인거 같던데.

A: 확실히 그렇긴 하지만, 세상에서 가장 사려가 깊지 않아서 말이지..

B: 너 좀 불공평한거 아니니?

A: 아니, 전혀. 내 경험으론 그녀는 고자질쟁이야.

B: 그렇다면 내가 너의 충고를 받아들일게.
